Fred Cullum
Dear Nicola
There is likely to be differences with Police Forces in different parts of
the UK for example Scottish Forces do not fall under the Home Office, they
cover Forces in England and Wales.
Within risk assessments for example some officers undertaking certain
tasks
undercover activities or obscene material there would be a need to have
officers assessed on a regular basis to ensure that support was made
available, if needed.
I am not aware of any routine testing of all officers.
Stress should be covered within Forces in the UK as part of good
management
practice and training of staff.
Hope this helps.
Fred
